Amazing experience!

Bought 3 sessions and had my first session Sat. After my session I had more energy and felt great. I also had a great night sleep. Lionel is professional and made me feel comfortable. I am looking forward to my next session

Let me start off by saying I was actually really nervous to try cryotherapy. I had been coming to Jireh Cryo for the infrared sauna for a little over a month and Lionel and I had talked about how I should try cryo whenever I feel ready. I finally tried it and i had nothing to be scared of. Lionel made me feel comfortable and the experience was overall amazing. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for cryo or infrared.

Very pleased with the result. I know one session is not enough and I will go back. Lionel took time to explain to me how the cryo worked and did a myofascial release on my hips and lower back. He is a very professional and caring person.
